Realistic heartbeat LED example that simulates the waveform of a human heart pulse. It shows the low power benefits of using CIPs. The power consumptions for the CIP-base implementation is 8 microamps, versus approx. 450 microamps .
This example features Manchester encoders and decoders, with a focus on performance. We achieved an 18-fold increase in the supported baud rate when using CIP-based implementations versus the interrupts-based ones.
