The MEMS module is based on an Laser Driver + Red Laser, an Wide-Angle Projection Lens & an MEMS Mirror. The control electronics for the MEMS module is build up with Microchip PIC32MZ 32-bit MCU, & driven by Microchip HV264 high-volatage amplifier.
